The staff was amiable and excellent with advice and suggestions. Location: the hotel was near the main beaches as well as everything: old town, beaches, stores, restaurants, cathedrals, also 20min walking from the train station. We had lunch in Creperia Monna Lisa, located nearby.
Nothing not to love.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, just a couple of minutes away from the cathedral. It's also very close to a small beach, making it convenient for beachgoers. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with the owner being friendly, helpful, and English-speaking. The breakfast is delicious and homemade. The hotel also offers a beautiful terrace with great views, perfect for enjoying a private dinner.
The stairs leading to the rooms can be steep, which could be challenging for guests with large trolley bags.

The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations for exploring the city. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and with easy access to everything. The room was clean and lovely, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop balcony.
There is a nearby church that can be heard through the balcony, which may bother some guests. Additionally, there are stairs and a narrow staircase, which could be difficult for those with large luggage.

The hotel was located just off the sea as well as the nearest beach and the city center with shops and restaurants.
The bed was squeaky in this place.

The beaches are amazing, perfect for sea lovers. The B&B is right in the heart of the historical center, and the breakfast in the kitchen was a treat. Also, the location is just great, with free parking nearby and Cala Portavecchia beach close by.
Oh, I just loved everything so much, I couldn't possibly find a single thing to complain about. How disappointing!

We got amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was tidy, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. The location was perfect for exploring Puglia, and the staff, especially our host Viviana, went above and beyond to make our stay special. She even helped us book tours and transfers, and kept in touch from the moment we arrived until we left.
The hotel breakfast could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The tiny beaches in the center or towards Capitolo area were a paradise for sea lovers. The B&B was conveniently located in the heart of the historical center, and the breakfast served in the kitchen was a delightful start to the day. Such a perfect position! Cons: As if parking nearby were free?! Hilarious!

The heart of the historical centre in Monopoli is the perfect location for exploring the small beaches "calette" in the area. I felt like a sea lover in paradise, with stunning terraces in Polignano a Mare! The hotel's breakfast was served every morning in the kitchen, offering a delightful Italian experience with hot drinks, juice, and pastries. The double room was equipped with everything I needed, including a large double bed, a balcony, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a flat-screen TV. The cozy and comfortable atmosphere made it a home away from home. The staff was always eager to assist and ensure a pleasant stay. Finally, the hotel's prime location allowed me to easily visit the popular White City of Ostuni and take in all the main attractions for Italian tourists.
Narrow stairs in the historical centre.

Mind-blowing! Viviana, our incredible host, kept in touch and offered invaluable local transport advice. The breakfast was super, with homemade treats every morning. The atmosphere felt like we were being welcomed into someone else's home. The location is jaw-droppingly close to the beach, and the rooftop terrace is perfect for a glass of wine in the evenings. The room was clean, modern, and had a flat-screen TV. Definitely recommend for a young-adult traveler!
